How to Get Rid of Blackheads on Nose

How to get rid of blackheads on nose: If blackheads appear on your face, this is a time to think about whether you are taking good care of your skin.

The main area of appearance of these acne precursors is the nose and chin. But if you take proper care of the skin.

Regularly perform a deep cleaning of the face, and remove black spots in time, there will be no problems in the future.

Causes of blackheads on the nose

  • Here oily and combination skin types are more prone to blackheads than dry ones.
  • But in case of problems with the hormonal background or improper nutrition, comedones may appear in the fair sex with normal and dry skin.
  • The main reason for the appearance of blackheads is the clogging of the pores with excess sebum, the remains of dead skin, dust particles.

Basic rules for disposal

When girls turn to the beautician with the question “how to remove black spots on my nose,” they receive the following advice:

  • Eat well. Violation of the metabolic process leads to the malfunction of the whole body. The sebaceous glands begin to work more actively and clog the pores.
  • Use less makeup: cosmetics clog pores, interfere with their cleaning, even if you always wash them thoroughly.
  • Try to touch your face less during the day to avoid transferring excess bacteria. Change your pillowcase more often – there are traces of sebum on it.
  • Wash at least 2 times a day with the appropriate cleanser for your skin type, but in no case with solid soap or substances that contain alcohol. The latter can improve the sebaceous glands.
  • Use lotion or gel with tea tree or aloe oil – it will cleanse and soothe the skin.

Effective home remedies:

  • Stores have many cosmetics that help (as indicated on the package) to remove black spots forever, but most of these creams and gels do not provide visible results. There are more effective ways.

Sodium bicarbonate:

  • Baking soda is the easiest way to get rid of blackheads—mix baking soda with water in equal proportions.
  • The resulting exfoliating gel thoroughly (but not too much to damage the face’s sensitive skin) rubs the affected areas: nose, area around it, chin.
  • Massage a little and leave for 15 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water. Baking soda can be used as a full-face scrub, perfectly cleanses the skin from dirt, and relieves inflammation.

Sea salt and honey scrub:

  • Another effective way to get rid of black spots on your face is to make a scrub with sea salt and honey.
  • To do this, take a couple of tablespoons of honey (choose a thicker consistency to make it easier to apply), add some cubes of sea salt.
  • The salt in love does not dissolve but forms crystals that perfectly clean the face of keratinized skin particles.
  • Honey, in turn, will hydrate and nourish the skin, preventing it from becoming inflamed. This scrub should be used as often as usual: 2-3 times a week.

Orange peel:

  • If you are concerned about blackheads, take the skin of an orange and rub the top layer with a grater.
  • Mash the resulting zest to a pulp with a bit of water. Apply some of the scrubs to the problem areas of the face and massage in a little. Here leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
  • The orange peel will stretch the sebaceous plugs that are causing the blackheads, refresh your face. Use this scrub 2-3 times a week.

Lemon juice with cinnamon:

  • Another effective exfoliation option is a mixture of lemon juice and cinnamon. The particles of the latter will thoroughly cleanse the skin of excess oil, dirt, and dead skin.
  • And the lemon juice will fight the over-activity of the sebaceous glands, preventing the greasy shine, but without causing the skin to become excessively dry or inflamed.
  • Take the juice of a lemon and add a tablespoon of cinnamon, mix until you get a homogeneous mass, apply on damp skin with massage movements and rinse. It can be used 2-3 times a week.
